Pak Seppl2023-12-30Ein Hotel der Extraklasse!! Dieses 22stöckige Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße recht zentral. Es hat eine wunderschöne Rooftop-Bar mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Phnom Penh. Die Zimmer sind perfekt eingerichtet und alles war pieksauber. Es gab genug Stauraum und die Schränke hatten ausreichend Kleiderbügel. Die Betten waren sehr und wir haben hier tief und fest geschlafen. Das Bad war super eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Lediglich die Versorgung mit warmem Wasser ließ zu wünschen übrig. Je höher das Stockwerk, desto lauwarmer war das Wasser. Für so ein tolles Hotel ein No-Go! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig - sowohl asiatisch als auch europäisch. Es gab eine Eier-Bratstation und eine vorzügliche Station, an der man sich eine köstliche Suppe zusammenstellen lassen konnte. Auch der Kaffe war ausgezeichnet. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Rezeption. Beschwerden wurden zügig erledigt. Wenn noch einmal Phnom Penh, dann nur "Poulo Wai"!

Poulo Wai Hotel
Located in one of the most convenient and atmospheric areas of Phnom Penh the Poulo Wai Hotel and Apartments mirrors Cambodia and it’s culture through form and location.
